In the 1990s, the research personnel successfully developed 0.075mm level H polyurethane single side excess weld mica tape and level H polyurethane immersing paint, which are applied to SS-6 & SS-8 type traction electric machine of Zhuzhou Electric Machine Factory of Railway Ministry and the electric machines produced by Xiangfan Dongfeng Electric Machine Co., Ltd.
   
We specially developed T128, T129 & T130 series of epoxy solvent-free trickle impregnating paint and T127 polyester resin trickle impregnating paint for Changsha Hitachi Automobile Electric Machine Co., Ltd. All the performance indices reach or surpass the standards of imported products and satisfy the demands of factories to localize the insulating paint.
T122B and T123F epoxy solvent-free trickle impregnating paint are successfully applied to Fujian Mindong Honda Electric Generator Factory.
Besides, T122-1B level F all-purpose type quick drying solvent-free resin series and T120 level B epoxy solvent-free trickle impregnating paint are widely used in Xiangtan Electric Machine Co., Ltd., Xiangfan Dongfeng Automobile Electric Machine Co., Ltd., Tianjin Daming Electric Machine Factory, Tianjin Hoisting Electric Machine Factory, Changhang Electric Machine Factory, Fenxi Machine Factory of China State Shipbuilding Corporation and Shougang Electric Machine Factory, etc.
    In 1982, IFC5 alternating brushless electric generator for ship use of Siemens Company, introduced by China State Shipbuilding Corporation, is produced in Wuxi Electric Machine Factory in Jiangsu Province. Among it, several major techniques such as the epoxy single side film excess weld mica composite materials, revolving baking technology and glass reinforced plastics pre-casting shaped loop are carried out by us. In less than one year, our institute successfully realized localization and reached the foreign advanced level of the kin technology. Later, we paid much attention to the research of insulating technology of 1000 voltage large-scale direct current electric machine, and successfully developed the following products and techniques: level F mica composite insulating materials below 0.1mm, level B & F all-purpose quick drying solvent-free resin and fashioned winding electric machine insulating technique, etc. The insulating materials and technology are applied to a large-scale electric machine of some national key engineering program and achieved success for one time. The above products and techniques won 1991 National Torch New High Tech Award and Technology Advancement Award of Chins Shipbuilding Research Institute.

    In 1988, level F-B all-purpose quick drying solvent-free resin and level F composite insulating materials, developed by our center, are listed in the national level Torch Plan Program by Torch Plan office of State Science Commission, Wuhan Science Commission and Wuhan Donghu Development Zone. Through over six years of careful research of technical personnel and many times of technical examination, the program was finally checked and accepted by the state in June 1995. The domestic experts in the field agree that the materials have reached the level of the kin products abroad. The single side excess weld mica foil (tape) fills up the blank at home. In 1996, the center was decided as one of the initial new high tech enterprises by Wuhan People's Government and Donghu New High Tech Development Zone. In 1997, level B & F 7122 series of insulating paint won the silver prize of the National Torch New High Tech and Product Exhibition Fair.

    Considering technological innovation as the guide & the enterprise strength as the backup force, and insisting on the principle of "customers believe the product quality & are satisfied with the after sales service", we will provide insulating materials of good performance and reliable quality, special type of insulating materials, the research of localization of imported products, and the experimental test of insulating capability.
