Wuhan Torch Insulating Material Development Center, a
research institute subordinate to China State Shipbuilding Heavy
Industry Group, is engaged in the research & production
of insulating construction & materials. The center now possesses
five senior engineers, eight engineers, 15 technicians, three
labs and four analysis & test offices. We also have many
senior & accurate experiment & inspection equipments,
including infra-red spectrometer, gel time standardizing meter,
micro moisture tester, high resistance/ micro current standardizing
meter, 15KV & 50KV voltage withstanding tester, thermal
analysis system and dielectric loss tester, etc. Besides, the
center owns four sets of reaction kettles, one mica tape gumming
machine and two plastic compression machines. |
We
can produce 500 tons of insulating varnish and 50 tons of mica
composite products. The production process is realized through
closed type management and automatization operation, which guarantees
that all products can satisfy the requirements of customers.
During the past over thirty years, we
provide a great amount of B-level, F-level and H-level series
of advanced & reliable insulating systems to the fields
of national defense armament and civil use, and we make brilliant
achievements on the development & manufacture of new type
insulation materials. |

Wuhan No. 712 Research Institute Chemical Company is a economic
entity which deals with the research, production & sale
of chemical products. It is the enterprise that is first engaged
in the development & production of polyurethane products
at home. It is also the source of polyurethane products of China
State Shipbuilding Corporation, and a member of China Polyurethane
Industry Association. Through twenty years of development &
production practice, the factory can manufacture several series
of products including polyurethane hard foam, flexible foam,
high resilient foam, self-skinning foam, imitated wood foam
and binder. |

are widely applied in household electrical appliance, automobiles,
furniture, marine vehicle, mechanical electronics and military,
etc. Among them, the polyurethane hard foam, flexible foam,
high resilient foam, and self-skinning products have formed
Model F-11, Model low F-11, Model R141b, cycloalkane type and
complete water foaming series, and can satisfy all the requirements
of customers.
